Do I have to start interviews myself?

No. You can, but Traize also spots on its own where a conversation is worth it, for example after a completed project or around a skill that keeps being needed, and suggests the interview.

Does every answer get saved automatically?

No, after the conversation you review the suggested knowledge and decide yourself what gets kept.

Can I request an interview with a specific person?

Yes, anyone can send a targeted interview request to a colleague, with their own guiding questions.

Does the interview run by voice too?

Text is fully supported today, voice output is already built in, and a full voice conversation is on the way.
