Your tools, connected

Integrations

Traize does not replace your tools, it connects them: Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, GitHub, Linear, Dropbox, Box and more. What is connected becomes searchable, and the events behind it become knowledge.

How it works

Connections

Connected where you already work

Storage, wiki or development: Traize connects to most of the tools already in use at your company. What you connect becomes searchable and retrievable, with no migration, no second copy, and one click back to the original.

Under the hood

Secure OAuth connections with ongoing sync and a deep link into the source system.

Events

You decide what becomes knowledge

Every connection delivers events: a new document, a merged pull request, a resolved ticket. You define which ones count, and Traize extracts and secures knowledge from them in the background.

How automation works
Under the hood

Events from connected tools trigger the knowledge extraction.

Context

More than search: context

Classic search tools index content and make it findable, and that is where they stop. Traize additionally understands what sits behind a document or ticket and relates it to the people, projects and knowledge your company already has. You do not just find data, you see how it connects and where it comes from.

Under the hood

Connected content is modelled as entities with relations, not as a flat index.

Security

Read only, controlled, revocable

No connection changes anything in your systems: Traize reads along, your tools stay the source of truth. Every connection runs through its own controlled access with encrypted credentials, and you keep control over who can reach what.

Under the hood

Read only connections, encrypted credentials, role based access control.

Frequently asked questions

How is Traize different from enterprise search like Glean?

Search tools make content findable. Traize additionally extracts the knowledge behind it and connects it to the people, projects and knowledge your company already has. You do not just get hits, you get context and origin.

My tool is not on the list, does it still work?

Very likely. If it has an API it can be connected, and new connections are added continuously. Just talk to us.

Can Traize write content back into my tools?

No, every external connection today is read only. Traize doesn't change anything in Slack, Notion or your other systems.

How are my credentials protected?

Every credential is stored encrypted, and each connection runs through its own controlled OAuth flow.
