Knowledge captures itself

Automation

While you work, Traize works along: every event, from an uploaded document to a finished project, is processed into knowledge in the background.

Automation in the Traize app

How it works

Events

Every event becomes knowledge

A document is uploaded, a task is closed, a project is finished, a pull request is merged or a ticket is resolved: for Traize each of these events is a cue to extract knowledge in the background. Which events count is up to you.

Under the hood

Processing is triggered by concrete events, including those from connected tools, not by silent observation.

Context

New knowledge never arrives out of context

Every new item is held against the existing knowledge: Does it extend it? Does it contradict it? Does it replace something older? Traize sorts that out in the background, and the context is right from the start.

Under the hood

New items are reconciled with existing knowledge automatically: extends, contradicts, supersedes.

Confirmation

Traize suggests, you decide

When a call needs human confirmation or knowledge about an event is missing, Traize turns it into a short interview and gets the answer from the person who carries it. What is confirmed is what gets kept. And where everything is already backed up, say in the document itself, it simply flows through.

How the interview agent works
Under the hood

Events and detected gaps become directed interview requests.

Consistency

Cleans up after itself

Even without your input the knowledge base stays consistent: Traize checks itself daily and closes gaps that were left open while linking.

Under the hood

A daily job reviews the knowledge and fills in missing connections.

Frequently asked questions

Does Traize passively watch my work in the background?

No, processing starts from concrete events like an upload, a finished project, or a merged pull request, not silent observation.

Does Traize commit new knowledge without asking?

Clear cases are filed automatically, always with their origin. The moment something contradicts existing knowledge or would supersede it, Traize asks, and the decision stays with you.

What happens with unclear cases?

Instead of discarding them, Traize turns them into a targeted interview request. Nothing is kept until a person has confirmed it.

Do I have to upload documents manually?

Yes, getting content in is a deliberate action, an upload or a connection like Google Drive. Everything after that runs automatically.
